A lot of questions are floating around the gaming community about the Fallout 4 PC launch.
With Fallout 4 being out for several weeks, we got to ask a bunch of gamers what they want to know about the game.
Some of the answers were not exactly clear.
We asked them what they think they can expect from Fallout 4.
Here are their answers.
Fallout 4 will be released on October 19th.
How will it compare to other PC releases?
The PC version of Fallout 4 will look and play the same as any other PC game.
It will look very similar to Fallout 3.
We know the console versions will look a lot different.
What other changes will we see in the PC version?
We’ll see some tweaks and updates to the PC experience, like improved graphics and support for multiple monitors.
Is the PC a little more demanding on the CPU?
The CPU in Fallout 4 is still very power efficient, but there will be a small increase in the amount of processing power it requires.
Is that something you’ll see in other games?
The way we’ll make the PC the most powerful PC on the market is by supporting high-end hardware.
So, yes, we plan to make it even more powerful.
Does the PC support 4K graphics?
The graphics in Fallout 3 were still a little bit lacking in comparison to what you see in Fallout: New Vegas, but we’re making sure the PC gets a good amount of extra processing power, which is why we’re adding 4K support.
How many games are in the game?
There are over 200 Fallout 4 games available to play on the PC.
How do you feel about the fact that a lot of games don’t support 4k resolution?
The game support is still limited to 720p on PC.
We’re planning on supporting 1080p resolution, but that depends on the game and its engine.
What are your plans for 1080p support on the Xbox One?
The Xbox One version of the game is still on the horizon, but the Xbox version is also set to be released this fall.
How long will the game be supported?
Fallout 3 was designed to be played on a single screen, and that’s still true.
The game supports resolutions up to 4K.
We don’t plan to change the resolution support for the PC, and will keep supporting it.
We are planning to release a beta version of 4K resolution support on October 14th.
Do you think the game will be available on consoles?
We want to make sure that our PC and console players will be able to enjoy the game with the best possible graphics.
Do the graphics look better on the new Xbox One X?
It looks fantastic.
Are you planning to implement some new graphics technology?
We plan to bring back some of the old features of the PC game in the future.
The PS4 Pro will definitely get a new shader engine in the next patch, which we hope to implement on the next game.
What will you be bringing back to the console version of your game?
We plan to add support for some of our popular features from the PC games.
One of the biggest things we plan on doing is making the game run on new hardware.
We will be using the Xbox hardware to do that, and we hope that everyone will enjoy the experience.
Will there be a different difficulty for the Xbox console version?
No, we’ll not be using any of the console-exclusive features.
How about cross-platform play?
If you want to play the game on your console, you can.
Do we get a more robust mod system?
Bethesda and the Fallout team are very aware of the fan base and are working to make Fallout 4 the best game it can be.
We hope that every Fallout fan will be thrilled with the mod support they have coming in the coming months.
We look forward to all of your questions.
