Open and run the program You may have a shortcut to this desktop file manager.
You can open it by double clicking the desktop icon on the taskbar.
The program will open.
When you’re ready, click File and Save.
Click File and save an image If you want to save an external image, choose Save Image.
The image you want is displayed at the top of the window.
Choose an image to organize If you don’t want to organize the files or images, click Edit… and select the image to save.
Save an image in the same folder as the file You can choose File and Search in the File and Folders drop-down menu to open the folder.
The folder with the image will be the first folder on the left-hand side of the File menu.
Click OK to save the image.
If you’re using the built-in File Explorer, click Save As to save your image as a JPEG or PNG file.
You’ll need to save this file in the default location.
Click Save as to save it in a folder on your hard drive.
Move files and folders You can drag files and folder to the right-hand window, or you can drag them from the File Menu to the left of the file.
Move and copy files, or delete files.
Close the file manager You can close the file organizer by clicking Close….
This will close the window and the program will shut down.
If it’s running when you close the File Manager, it won’t close when you reopen it.
You may need to close the program again before you can save or copy or delete a file.
