Facebook Live is back!
Now you can add video to Facebook Live from anywhere, without having to install a third-party app.
We’ve also added the ability to send Facebook Messenger to another PC and make it appear in a Facebook status feed.
But you’ll still need a third party app to use it.
We’re working on adding an offline mode, too, but for now it looks like this feature will be available only in the Facebook app for now.
Here’s how to get it: Go to the Facebook desktop app.
Select Facebook Desktop, then Settings.
On the Home tab, click the Live tab.
From the Live screen, tap the Settings button.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, and tap “Live.”
In the Live Desktop section, tap Live Desktop.
On the More page, scroll to the right and tap Add to Facebook.
Select a video file and select “Download.”
Tap the “Save” button.
Tap the video file to save it.
When the video has finished downloading, tap “Done.”
Tap “Done” on the Live desktop page to close.
On your desktop, you can now watch videos from Facebook Live without installing a third person app.
You can also send your friend a link to a video.
The only catch is that it won’t work offline.
You’ll need to install the third party apps to do so.
If you don’t have one yet, it’s free for the next six months, so be sure to check out the full list of apps we recommend when you get them.
